BRC worked with our contacts in Washington DC in order to help draft legislation to address the decision from multiple paths. On October 26, 2023 Utah’s Senator Lee, introduced legislation in the U.S. Senate to defund implementation of the plan, called the Historic Roadways Protection Act.
