As you may know, the Pacific Southwest Region (Region 5) of the U.S. Forest Service (FS) has started their environmental analysis under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) based on Subpart C of the Travel Management Rule. NEVADA - BLM Extends Public Comment Period for the Draft RMP/EIS Las Vegas & Pah
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has announced that the comment period for the Las Vegas and Pahrump Field Offices Draft Resource Management Plan (RMP) and Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) has been extended an additional 30 days.
