NEW JERSEY - Help Save Access to New Jersey State Parks and Forests

Dear BRC Members and supporters in New Jersey,

We got word from both BRC's President, John Parrinello (JP) (who hails from New Jersey) -- and also the East Coast Enduro Association (ECEA) -- on an unfortunate and unfair recent shift in policy by New Jersey State Parks & Forests that threatens to end the historic use of existing trails. This policy threatens the survival of a sport that contributes to the economies of New Jersey's small towns and communities.

Left unchecked, these policies will end the long history of enduros in the state and prevent New Jersey from benefiting from the economic contributions that come as a result.

John said that the ECEA has been working with our national partners, the American Motorcyclist Association (AMA), on an Action Alert and letter generator. Just follow the "Take Action" option to send a pre-written email directly to the governor.

As JP says, it is important that BRC make sure all users who ride in New Jersey know about and are engaged in this and all OHV issues. If you live in New Jersey, please take action today!

As always, call or email if you have any questions or comments.
