IDAHO-BLM- Pocatello FO Seeks Comments on Curlew/Deep Creeks Travel Management Plan
Dear BRC Action Alert Subscriber,
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Pocatello Field Office, is collecting public comment and input related to the travel management plan (TMP) process in the Curlew/Deep Creeks area. This TMP will apply only to BLM-managed public lands in the Curlew/Deep Creeks area, which encompasses approximately 361,530 acres and runs west of I-15 to the Utah/Idaho Border. The BLM is in the preliminary stages of this TMP and anticipates a proposed decision will be available early in 2013. The proposed decision will incorporate comments received during this scoping period and will outline various alternatives of actions. A final decision is expected to be released the summer of 2013.
